Fuller Station is your new affordable housing option in Clackamas County. Bringing 100 apartment homes to the area, Fuller Station is directly adjacent to the MAX Green Line and close to it all. The six-story building is dedicated to serving low-income families and individuals with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans. Residents can enjoy community rooms, open-air nature playgrounds, community gardens, on-site parking, secure bike storage, excellent public transit, and space available to local community groups for on-site services.
Fuller Station is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HOME funded community that requires all residents to meet certain income eligibility criteria. Our community has 99 apartment homes for families and individuals with incomes falling between 30-60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Of those 99 homes, 30 are set aside for Project Based Vouchers. A referral from a specific social service organization may be required for eligibility. Consult with property management if you have questions.
